I found this article on the Michigan Dept. of Ag. website. It explains how Dr. Seuss was an advocate of environmental protection. It also describes how his book titled, The Lorax, focuses on the importance of environmental conservation. Maybe The Lorax could be used as an interest approach into this topic?!
